Brandy Duncan Regional Client Service Director

Brandy Duncan
Regional Client Service Director

My role as Regional Client Service Director is pretty straight forward. I make sure our clients get what they need, when they need it and enjoy the experience. I learned at an early age that when it comes to small business, you just do what you have to do. My grandfather was a farmer. My parents owned several small businesses including a farming operation, bar and three restaurants. My sister and brother-in-law opened a restaurant in 2018 and both are working two jobs to fulfill their dream of owning their own business. I have witnessed firsthand the many hours and sacrifices needed to be successful.

I believe there is no substitute for hard work in life, but when you own a business it also helps to have trusted advisors to help along the way. That’s where we come in. We are there to support you and ensure your hard work and sacrifice are protected.

In addition to small business owners, I love 80’s music, traveling and new adventures. When it comes to food, my favorites are coffee, cheese, guacamole and pizza… in that order but not necessarily all together.
